This school project was from a Publication class where we were challenged to create an art book for an artist of our choice. I went with Olafur Eliasson, a contemporary sculptor and installation artist. I chose to do a wide horizontal layout so that the pages and spreads could be used to convey the scale of his work, which often spans entire rooms or more. Some pages also have fold-outs to further expand this capability. The geometric stab binding of the spine also mirrors the geometry and patterns often found in his work.
